The service in the dining room is extremely delicate: the smiling and attentive owner leads the dance with the same affability as the chef in the kitchen. A two-person team, for a dozen guests at most—a rarity that gives each moment a special value. The food? Crazy, astonishing. No clinking of pans, no crackling, not even a wisp of smoke. Silence reigns in the kitchen, punctuated only by the discreet whir of a turbine or the light scraping of a whisk. The food? Crazy! Balanced flavors, precise textures, refined presentation: everything contributes to the gastronomic emotion. The price? It also surprises with its accuracy, almost disconcerting for a 1* Michelin-starred establishment (compared to other Michelin-starred/non-Michelin-starred establishments). A word of advice: make a reservation, as the capacity doesn't exceed 12 to 14 guests.
